Admins and users have different rights, each account gets its own CRM, and each user sees only their own records.
Sealed credentials
SMTP relay passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are never sent back to a browser.
Daily backups
Your CRM is backed up every day, and archives are kept for thirty days.
Suppression that cannot be undone by accident
An address that unsubscribes is kept on your account’s do-not-mail list, which outlives every campaign, list and contact record.
