Part of the Zocton suite

Every contact. Every conversation. One CRM.

Entayo CRM keeps your people and companies in one place — organised into lists, moved through your pipeline, and reached with email campaigns sent through your own relay.

An illustration of Entayo CRM: lists in the sidebar, a filtered table of people with their pipeline stage, and a timeline of today’s activity.

Master data

One record per person, one per company

People and companies live once, in master data. Every list, segment and campaign points at those records — it never copies them — so an edit made anywhere is true everywhere.

More on master data →

People and companies

Two linked record types out of the box, each with its own fields, views and pipeline.

Custom fields

Add the columns your business actually tracks — text, numbers, dates, choices — to people or companies.

Lists and segments

Group contacts into lists, then split a list into segments, nested as deep as you need. Membership is a reference, never a duplicate.

Projects

Run several separate CRMs inside one account — each project has its own master data, lists and campaigns — and switch between them from the top of the sidebar.

Views

See your pipeline the way you think about it

The same records, shown as a dense table, a drag-and-drop board or a map. Pick the view that answers today’s question.

More on views →

Table view

A compact, configurable table built for scanning hundreds of rows — choose and order the columns you want.

Advanced filters

Filter on any column, shown or not. Combine conditions with AND and OR, nest groups, and share the exact view as a link — the filter lives in the URL.

Kanban pipeline

Every record type gets its own stages. Drag a card from Contacted to Prospect to Won and the record moves with it.

Map view

Plot contacts and companies on a map from their city, state or country, clustered when you zoom out. Click a pin to open the record.

Activity

Every conversation, on the record

Open any person or company and their whole history is beside their details — emails, calls, meetings and messages, grouped by day.

More on activity →

Activity timeline

Log emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages, calls and meetings against a record. Campaign sends land there by themselves.

Recent conversations

One timeline across every record type, with the people you have not spoken to in a while called out so nobody goes cold.

Tasks and follow-ups

Create follow-up tasks with a type, a priority and a due date — linked to a record or standing on their own.

Files on the record

Attach proposals, contracts and spreadsheets to the person or company they belong to.

Import & export

Bring your contacts in without the clean-up afterwards

Import from CSV or Excel in a guided, step-by-step flow that maps your columns and catches duplicates before they reach your data.

More on import & export →

CSV and Excel import

Upload a .csv or .xlsx file, review how each column maps, adjust it, then import into master data.

Apollo auto-mapping

Exports from Apollo.io are recognised and mapped to the right fields for you.

Duplicate companies resolved

A review step catches companies that already exist so an import links to them instead of creating a second copy.

Large files and honest errors

Large files go through in one step, and if an import is refused you see the reason rather than a blank screen.

How it works

From a spreadsheet to a sent campaign

  1. 01

    Bring your contacts in

Import a spreadsheet or an Apollo export. Columns are mapped, duplicates are caught, and every person and company lands in master data once.

  2. 02

    Organise and follow up

Build lists and segments, move people through your pipeline, log every call and message, and set follow-up tasks so nobody goes cold.

  3. 03

    Reach the right people

Select a list, press Send Emails, design the message and launch it — paced within your sender’s limits, with unsubscribe handled for you.

Email campaigns

Campaigns that start from the people you already chose

No separate marketing tool, no exported CSV. A campaign belongs to a list in your CRM, sends through your own relay, and records every email on the person’s timeline.

Your own senders

Send through an SMTP relay you already own. Each sender has its from-name, Reply-To, signature and optional hourly and daily caps.

A campaign belongs to a list

Select contacts anywhere — master data, a list, a segment — press Send Emails, and the campaign is created under that list. While it is a draft, its audience follows the list.

Design the email

Write in the visual editor or in HTML. Personalise with merge fields and fallbacks, set the inbox preview text, attach files and add inline images.

Preview and test

Preview the email as a real recipient will see it, and send yourself a test through the real relay before anything goes out.

Paced sending

Send now, at a set time, spread over a duration (optionally only between set hours each day), or in daily batches — always within the sender’s limits.

Unsubscribe that works

Every recipient gets a one-click unsubscribe link and the headers inboxes use for native opt-out. An opted-out or hard-bounced address is never mailed again.

Integrations

Connected to the tools around it

Customer support

ZuvoChat

Website visitors, chats and their summaries flow into the CRM, filed against the right person by channel — and your agents see the CRM record from inside ZuvoChat.

Developers

REST API with API keys

Every screen in the CRM is backed by an API. Create a personal key in Settings, call it from your own systems, and revoke it the moment you are done.

AI

Built for AI assistants

Every action in the CRM has an API behind it, so an AI assistant holding your key can look up records, log activities and create follow-up tasks for you.

Platform

Zocton

Entayo CRM is part of Zocton: one sign-in across every Zocton product, one account, and an app switcher to move between them.

All integrations →

Security

Your customer list is the business. We treat it that way.

Single sign-on

Sign in once with your Zocton account — email and password or Google — and that session is ended everywhere when you sign out.

Your region, your data

Your workspace runs in the region chosen at sign-up — North America, Europe or Asia — against that region’s own database.

Roles and isolation

Admins and users have different rights, each account gets its own CRM, and each user sees only their own records.

Sealed credentials

SMTP relay passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored and are never sent back to a browser.

Daily backups

Your CRM is backed up every day, and archives are kept for thirty days.

Suppression that cannot be undone by accident

An address that unsubscribes is kept on your account’s do-not-mail list, which outlives every campaign, list and contact record.

Frequently asked questions

What is Entayo CRM?

Entayo CRM is a sales CRM for people and companies. It keeps your contacts in one master record each, lets you organise them into lists and segments, shows them as a table, a pipeline board or a map, records every conversation on a timeline, and sends email campaigns to a list through your own mail relay.

How do I sign up?

Entayo CRM runs on Zocton. Create a Zocton account, choose your region, and open Entayo CRM from the app switcher — the same sign-in works across every Zocton product.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, check how each column maps, and import into master data. Exports from Apollo.io are mapped for you, and companies that already exist are matched instead of duplicated.

Which email service does it send campaigns through?

Your own. Each sender connects to an SMTP relay you already have, with optional hourly and daily caps. The relay password is encrypted before it is stored and never shown to a browser again.

Where is my data stored?

In the region you pick at sign-up — North America, Europe or Asia. Your workspace is created in that region and runs against that region’s own database.

Does it work with my support chat?

If you use ZuvoChat, yes: visitors, chats and summaries flow into Entayo CRM against the right person, and your support agents can see the CRM record from inside ZuvoChat.

Create your Zocton account, open Entayo CRM, and import your first list in minutes.
