Email campaigns

From a list to an inbox, without leaving the CRM

Pick the people, design one email, and launch it at the pace your relay can take. Every send lands on the person’s timeline.

  1. 1

    Select the people

Tick contacts in master data, in a list or in a segment and press Send Emails. Name the campaign; you see exactly who is going in and can remove anyone before it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the email

Pick the sender, write the subject and the inbox preview line, then the body — visual or HTML — with merge fields like a first name and a fallback for when it is missing.

  3. 3

    Check it

Preview the email as a chosen real recipient will see it, and send a test through the real relay to your own inbox.

  4. 4

    Launch with pacing

Send now, at a set time, over a duration (optionally only between set hours each day), or in daily batches. The audience is fixed at launch.

What comes with every campaign

Your own senders

Send through an SMTP relay you already own. Each sender has its from-name, Reply-To, signature and optional hourly and daily caps.

A campaign belongs to a list

Select contacts anywhere — master data, a list, a segment — press Send Emails, and the campaign is created under that list. While it is a draft, its audience follows the list.

Design the email

Write in the visual editor or in HTML. Personalise with merge fields and fallbacks, set the inbox preview text, attach files and add inline images.

Preview and test

Preview the email as a real recipient will see it, and send yourself a test through the real relay before anything goes out.

Paced sending

Send now, at a set time, spread over a duration (optionally only between set hours each day), or in daily batches — always within the sender’s limits.

Unsubscribe that works

Every recipient gets a one-click unsubscribe link and the headers inboxes use for native opt-out. An opted-out or hard-bounced address is never mailed again.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate email marketing tool?

No. Campaigns are part of Entayo CRM: they start from your lists, send through an SMTP relay you already own, and record each email on the recipient’s activity timeline.

How is unsubscribing handled?

Every recipient gets their own one-click unsubscribe link and the List-Unsubscribe headers inbox providers use for native opt-out. Opted-out addresses go on your account’s do-not-mail list, which is checked before every single message.

Can I limit how fast emails go out?

Yes. Each sender can have hourly and daily caps, and every launch is paced within them — whether you send now, on a schedule, over a duration or in daily batches.

What happens when someone joins the list after I write the campaign?

While a campaign is a draft, its audience is its list: adding or removing someone on the list does the same to the draft. At launch the audience is fixed, so later list edits never change who an already-sent campaign mailed.
